The free Mortgage Finder service, in partnership with mortgage broker London and Country searches the whole mortgage market to find the best deal, applies for the mortgage on the customer’s behalf and deals with the lender to make the whole process as easy as possible.

·     £100 offer is open to all customers free of early repayment charges, with a clean credit history, a mortgage worth less than 90% of their property’s value, and a current mortgage rate of 6.50% or more.

·     A better deal on monthly repayments is determined on a like-for-like basis with the current monthly repayments and excludes fees payable to the current lender and set-up fees for any new mortgage deal.

·     £100 will be posted to customers in the form of a cheque once Tesco Personal Finance has received satisfactory evidence of current mortgage repayments.
