Tesco Personal Finance is today cutting the cost of borrowing by reducing the rate on its most popular band £7, 500 - £25, 000 to just 5.9% APR typical for a six week period, for both online and offline customers (down from 6.3% APR). This is Tesco's lowest ever rate!
