- Benny Higgins , Chief Executive
Before joining TPF, Benny served as Chief Executive Officer, Retail Business of HBOS Plc.
Between 1997 and 2005 Benny was Chief Executive, Retail Banking at The Royal Bank of Scotland where he was responsible for personal, affluent and SME businesses across both NatWest and RBS. He led the successful integration of NatWest Retail Banking within RBS, the largest single merger in UK banking for some time.Before joining RBS, Benny was at Standard Life for 14 years where he held a range of senior positions, including being a Member of the Group Executive.He has a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
- Paulette Rowe , Commercial & Marketing Director
Before joining TPF, Paulette spent seven years at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group where she was latterly Chief Executive of RBS European Consumer Finance (ECF).
Paulette was formerly Managing Director of NatWest Retail Banking, leading a total workforce of 20,000 covering the NatWest branch network and Premium and Business Banking. She has also held roles as Managing Director of Direct Sales and ran marketing and products for NatWest retail.Prior to RBS Group, Paulette spent eight years with General Electric within GE's financial services business GE Capital. Her roles there included European Business Development, Marketing and Product Development Director for GE's consumer bank in France and Chief Quality Officer for GE Equity.Paulette has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Birmingham University and an MBA from INSEAD where she also studied French and Spanish.
- Iain Clink , Finance and International Director
Before rejoining TPF, Iain was Chief Executive, Cards and Direct Finance with responsibility for all credit card issuing and card payment acquiring for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Iain was responsible for providing service and support to all customers of NatWest and RBS branded credit cards including the prestigious NatWest Black card, the award winning Mint brand and all joint venture cards as well as the Group's direct loans businesses.
Previously he was Chief Executive of Tesco Personal Finance from March 1999 to February 2004, and Managing Director of RBS Advanta from 1996 to 1999. He first moved to The Royal Bank of Scotland Group in 1989, initially in Group Finance then as Chief Accountant for the Retail Bank.Iain qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982, at which point he joined Coopers & Lybrand.
- Shaun Doherty , Operations & IT Director
Before joining TPF, Shaun spent two years at HBOS where he was Operations Director, Retail Banking and also sat on the board of the retail business.
At HBOS, Shaun was responsible for customer service across banking, savings, mortgages and credit cards, including managing one of the biggest call centre operations in Europe as well as the many processing centres for back office operations. Shaun also had responsibility for delivery of IT development and programme management services across the Retail bank.Before joining HBOS in 2006, Shaun spent 16 years at Standard Life in various roles including IT Director and Managing Director for Customer Service. His career has also included IT roles at National Savings and Scottish Widows.
